Can Raiou negate Stardust Buster special summon during the End Phase and possible for Stardust Buster to S.Summon a Stardust Dragon from Graveyard after it being destroy by Raiou??

Raiou only negates Special Summons that have no Spell Speed (e.g. Dark Armed Dragon, Chaos Sorcerer, etc.).
ReplyDeleteStardust Buster has a Spell Speed of 2, so Raiou cannot negate it.
